Parkside at Ballard

Parkside at Ballard is our four unit townhome community in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle that was finished and sold in February 2024. These townhomes feature 1,250 square feet of space and nine foot tall ceilings for comfortable living. This project attracted a lot of interest due to its unique design and sold out in 10 days, setting a new record of price per square foot for this neighborhood and property type. Each townhome featured three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and private rooftop decks.
