Active Projects
The Eleanor at Phinney Ridge | Seattle

Located in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood, this upcoming development includes seven thoughtfully designed townhomes, each offering three bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, and 1,900 to 2,100 square feet of living space plus private garages. Sales are scheduled to begin in Fall 2026.

Inspired by the architectural character of the Phinney Ridge neighborhood, the homes feature a soft, pastel palette paired with pitched rooflines and arched entries that nod to classic Victorian and cottage-style design. Lush landscaping and oversized windows bring a sense of warmth and connection to the outdoors, blending timeless charm with thoughtful, contemporary details

The Swan at the Mont | Seattle

Located in the Mont neighborhood of Magnolia, The Swan is a thoughtfully designed single-family residence offering six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dedicated wellness spa and gym, a two-car garage, and a private interior terrace. The home is sited on a gently sloping parcel allowing an expansive sightlines to downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, Elliott Bay, and the Olympic Mountains.

Architecturally, The Swan draws directly from its surroundings. The use of brick and arched doorways is inspired by the historic Tudor homes that define much of Magnolia’s residential character, grounding the house in the neighborhood’s established architectural language. In contrast, the home’s large-scale windows and crisp white exterior reference American architect Hugh Newell Jacobsen’s Dream House borrowing its emphasis on light, clarity, and restrained modernism. The result is a quiet dialogue between tradition and modernity.

The Emily at Magnolia | Seattle

Located in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood and within walking distance of Discovery Park, The Emily is an upcoming collection of four thoughtfully designed townhomes. Each residence offers three bedrooms, two or more bathrooms, approximately 1,900 to 2,100 square feet of living space, and private garages. Sales are scheduled to begin in early 2027.

The architectural inspiration for The Emily draws from early American Colonial homes, with their simple massing, symmetrical facades, and restrained detailing. Gabled rooflines, shuttered windows, and modest entryways reference a vernacular rooted in proportion and longevity rather than trend. The exterior color palette is taken directly from surrounding Magnolia homes, allowing the project to feel continuous with its streetscape rather than visually distinct from it.
